School Closures

Information about unavoidable school closures The school will endeavour to give parents as much notice as possible of any necessary closure using our Text service messaging service and posting information on the school website.

Information on all school closures will also appear on the council’s website homepage and local radio stations (WISH FM and Real Radio) and will be updated when there are any changes.

The most current information as provided by the school will appear live on www.wigan.gov.uk once the web application has been updated.

Where staff are able to be on site during a closure, parents may contact the school office by phone. The school will remain open if at all feasible.
